A Near Impossible Task

Last Week's Visit With Aunt Charity

sadly, adeline was sick with a fever and cough when her aunt charity came last weekend. at least they got in some good cuddle time!

adeline got her first tooth this week. she has been very sad and not feeling well. poor thing. she's getting so big, time is flying by...

strangely enough, the arrival of this little tooth has made me think about eternity more than usual. this life is but a vapor and i don't want to waste it on that which is insignificant or trivial. so, as i enjoy little adeline and all the new things that she is able to do and the arrival of each new tooth, i pray that i would be mindful of my life and how i spend each moment. that i would love my family, enjoy each blessing the Lord gives me and keep my eyes fixed on Christ.

Adeline's New Trick

adeline fits in my purse just perfectly, it's her best trick. she is much cuter than the little dogs that ride in purses. we like it.

Opening Day at Doger Stadium

adeline's first dodger game was today, opening day on their home turf. even with spf 30, re-applied three times, the little whitey got a tiny sunburn, a small price to pay for the fun that was had!

the game was sold out and we had to park really far away, above the think blue sign and over the hill from the stadium, this was the view of our fair city from the parking lot.

First Easter

with carrots on her face, adeline enjoyed the grass from her easter basket from her aunts. she's a lucky girl!

Mirror, Mirror on the Wall

adeline discovered the mirror on her saucer this week, we think she's so cute!

adeline's grandma and grandpa duncan came for a visit and bought her an easter basket and dress. she seemed to like both.

A Grand Reunion

adeline started to play with doggie again after a few months without noticing him. it was a heartfelt reunion and now that the two are best friends again there have been hours of laughs!

even though this is what seminary nights hold for austin, he makes a great choice and spends some quality time with his little daughter before she goes to bed. he's a wonderful dad, better than addie and i could ever ask for or even imagine! she loves their special time together, her little face lights up!

Kingsburg

this weekend we spent the night at "the barn" in kinsburg.

there was a tiny chair there for our tiny girl!

Adeline's Busy Week

adeline spent a lot of time playing with grammy this week, their favorite pastime was playing finger puppets!
